Am I really "Xanga"-ing?  Yes, if only just this once.  I plan on starting a new blog that will coincide with the move to Amarillo so that friends can keep in touch.  I'm not a facebooker by nature, so I'm hoping for something a little more realistic without all the fancy bells and whistles.  It would be nice to write, put up photos, and maybe expand my somewhat limited mastery of internet whopla.  It would also be nice to have a place to put my music, should I ever actually record it.

I'm nervous about such a big move.  Before it's always been, "Throw it all in the car or throw it away and take off."  Now though, I have a family of my own to think of.  I have to take care of Angela and make sure we have everything we need.  I can't imagine going without her, of course, but am facing the challenges that come from a bona fide move.  Change of address, renting a truck, packing up an apartment, signing a new lease, getting a job, attending a new (I use the term loosely here) church home.  And, what could possibly be the most difficult aspect of the entire trip, leaving my nephew and niece.  They, next to Angela, are the most precious things in my life and to leave them causes me no small amount of pain.  I am trusting that this decision, made in faith, will make me a better Uncle and Angie a better Aunt.  Stepping out in faith really sucks sometimes...  even while it thrills and excites.

Okay... so if anyone still uses Xanga and gets this update they may just freak out indeed... but don't worry... something else is coming.. something better....  and something once again more frequent...  until then I bid you ado and wish you all the best.

Quick eyes

I  turned on the T.V. and saw two seconds of a movie,  basically a close up shot that backed out to the full shot.   Called the movie after two seconds.  It was X-Men.  Angela said it was Xanga worthy, so  enjoy.
Later.

New Pad

Got an apartment today, moving in tomorrow.  If you can help, call me at 870-253-1824.  That's my new cell with Altell.  Be going from about 8 AM on so just whenever you can help would be great and much appreciated.  The address is 111 Woodlane Road, off Beebe Capps past Sonic.  The Lord has been so very good to me this week, I just can't express that enough.  Please keep praising.
